Job summary

Luttrell Staffing Group in Charleston, TN seeks an IT Admin - Field Service Team to support computers and networks in business and process-control environments. Responsibilities include Tier 1/2 troubleshooting, PC/server maintenance, installations, and coordination with the Service Desk.

The role requires a high school diploma plus 5 years IT experience or an associate degree with 5 years, deep knowledge of AD, LAN/WAN, Windows and VMware, and off-hours support.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in IT or related field with appropriate degree.
• Strong understanding of IT networking concepts.
• Experience with Active Directory management.
• Willingness for off-hours support coordinated with IT staff.
• Experience with Windows and VMware; some Linux knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Support computers and networks in business and process control environments.
• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Repair or rebuild PCs, laptops, printers, and servers to approved specifications.
• Perform equipment installs, moves, adds, and changes (rollouts and refreshes).
• Coordinate infrastructure work with vendors and internal IT teams.
• Maintain system documentation, AD records, and network diagrams.
• Lead small local technology projects and provide guidance to peers.
• Participate in on-call rotation for 24/7 site support.
