Job summary

Qualifications

2-year degree in a related field or 2 to 4 years related work experience. Minimum one plus years of demonstrated experience in a corporate environment preferred.
Strong analytical, problem solving, and organizing skills.
Must be proficient in workstation configuration, troubleshooting and support in a Microsoft Windows 11, Active Directory environment. Familiarity with Apple iOS and Android based products and systems required.

Responsibilities

Configure, install, and upgrade computer hardware, peripherals, and software.
Diagnose, repair, and maintain hardware, peripherals, and software systems.
Provide end-user assistance and training on hardware and software issues.
Support on-site and remote troubleshooting, including phone and email support.
Assist with network installation and support in coordination with the Computer Operations Supervisor.
