Job summary

Central Valley Ag is seeking an IT Systems Tech in Beloit, KS to support on-site configuration, installation, and maintenance of computers, software, and peripherals. You will troubleshoot and assist end users, with secondary duties in network support.

The role requires a 2-year degree or 2–4 years of related experience, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and familiarity with Windows 11/AD and Office 365. On-site work with rotating on-call shifts is involved.

Qualifications

• 2-year degree in a related field or 2–4 years related work experience.
• Minimum one+ years of demonstrated experience supporting a corporate environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and organizing skills.
• Proficient in Windows 11 and Active Directory environments.
• Familiar with Apple iOS and Android-based products and systems.

Responsibilities

• Set up, upgrade, and maintain workstations, hardware, and software.
• Diagnose, repair, and maintain hardware, peripherals, and software systems.
• Provide end-user support via on-site, phone, or email and training as needed.
• Escalate hardware and software issues with the Computer Operations Supervisor.
• Participate in rotating weekly on-call schedule.
• Support network installation and general IT tasks as needed.
