Job Summary

The IT Systems Technician will help image, configure, deploy, troubleshoot, and repair a variety of technology systems while providing clear, customer‑focused support. Key Responsibilities

• Image, configure, and deploy PCs, laptops, and workstations according to company standards.
• Install, configure, and support physical and virtual servers.
• Configure and troubleshoot network equipment, including switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless access points.
• Diagnose and repair desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices.
• Replace and upgrade hardware components such as drives, memory, and power supplies.
• Document configurations, repairs, asset details, and completed support work accurately.

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary Range: $62,000 to $79,040 per year.
• Job Type: Temp-to-Hire.
• Schedule: 9:00am to 5:00pm.
• Work Arrangement: In person.
• Location: Aliso Viejo, CA.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Image, configure, deploy, and quality-check end-user computer systems.
• Install and configure servers, including physical and virtual environments.
• Troubleshoot desktop, laptop, printer, peripheral, and network equipment issues.
• Provide on‑site or remote technical support while maintaining professional communication.
• 3 to 5 years of IT support, systems technician, desktop support, or related technical experience.
• Hands‑on experience with PC and laptop imaging, configuration, deployment, and repair.
• Working knowledge of servers, workstations, switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless access points.
• Ability to replace and upgrade hardware components, including drives, memory, and power supplies.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose hardware, software, peripheral, and connectivity issues.
• Ability to document technical work clearly, including configurations, repairs, and asset information.
• Professional communication skills with the ability to support customers and collaborate with team members in person and remotely.
• Reliable, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple support tasks in a fast‑paced IT environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting users in a business, managed services, or customer‑facing IT environment.
• Familiarity with virtual server environments and common business network infrastructure.
• CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft, or similar technical certifications.
• Experience maintaining accurate IT asset records, service documentation, and repair notes.
