Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Consultant, Technical Product for a long-term contract opportunity in Orlando, FL. This role is ideal for a strategic and technically minded product leader who can connect business goals, customer needs, data insights, and technology execution to deliver high-impact digital experiences.

As a Consultant, Technical Product, you will help shape product vision, define roadmap priorities, translate business needs into technical requirements, and partner closely with IT, executive stakeholders, and cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical product initiatives from strategy and planning through execution, ensuring alignment with business goals and product roadmaps.
• Define, prioritize, and manage product features using customer insights, business objectives, market trends, analytics, and performance data.
• Translate business requirements into high-level technical requirements, user stories, and actionable plans for IT and development teams.
• Partner with technical teams on web, mobile, back-end system, data integration, and digital platform initiatives.
• Identify risks, dependencies, issues, and opportunities while managing schedules, requirements, communication, and cross-functional coordination.
• Establish KPIs, analyze digital analytics and customer data, and recommend improvements that enhance user engagement and product performance.

Compensation and Benefits

• Pay: $78.58 per hour.
• Contract: Through April 2027.
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, full-time.
• Location: Orlando, FL, corporate office.
• Job Type: Contract/Temporary.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Lead technical product strategy, roadmap planning, and execution for digital platforms.
• Manage web and mobile product initiatives involving IT partnership, back-end systems, and data integrations.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements, user stories, project plans, and measurable outcomes.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, executive communications, schedules, risks, and delivery priorities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in product management and/or technical project or program management, including senior or lead-level experience.
• Strong technical background with proven experience translating business requirements into technical requirements.
• Experience managing web and mobile products or projects in partnership with IT, development, and technical teams.
• Experience with back-end systems, data integrations, CMS platforms, digital analytics, and digital product ecosystems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools such as Jira, Basecamp, VersionOne, or similar platforms.
• Experience using digital analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, FullStory, Quantum Metric, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of product management principles, strategic planning, customer needs, market trends, and data-driven decision-making.
• Proven ability to communicate product vision, strategy, tradeoffs, and recommendations to executive-level stakeholders.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, problem-solving, change-management, mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or equivalent advanced education or experience.
• Certified Scrum Product Owner certification.
• Experience in hospitality, eCommerce, and/or Information Technology.
• Experience building and leading technical product management teams.
• Experience driving real-time, data-driven, intelligent, or highly personalized digital experiences.
• Experience mentoring and developing junior product managers.
