Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 on-site IT support and maintenance for district hardware and software.
• Install, upgrade, and relocate computers, peripherals, and mobile devices district-wide.
• Diagnose problems, repair equipment, and maintain inventory records.
• Log requests and communicate status to IT Operations Manager.
• Assist with safety procedures and after-hours emergencies as needed.
