Job summary

Tomball ISD in Tomball, TX seeks a Computer Technician to support campus and district technology systems for the 2026-2027 school year. This Full-Time role focuses on Tier I support, hardware/software diagnostics, and assisting with system deployments and inventory updates.

Starting immediately, the technician will work on network configurations, perform installations, and provide timely status updates to supervisors while maintaining documentation of service calls and asset records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required; college degree in technology preferred.
• A+ certification or other relevant certification preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier I support for district technology systems at campus and district levels.
• Assist in design, development, implementation and support of technology systems district-wide.
• Provide regular updates and status reports to the supervisor.
• Maintain written records of service calls and inventory of technology assets.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
