OneAscent, LLC, a value-driven RIA family of companies, is seeking an IT Support professional based in Birmingham to keep our technology running smoothly.

You will resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues, manage device lifecycles, and support Microsoft 365 services across the firm. This onsite role requires clear communication and ownership to support our culture of care and excellence.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of hands-on IT support or help desk experience.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint) and IAM.
• Experience imaging, deploying, and troubleshooting Windows and macOS devices.
• Strong written and verbal communication with end users.
• Discretion handling confidential employee and firm information.
• Ability to work onsite in Birmingham and respond to time-sensitive issues.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day IT issues across OneAscent's employees.
• Triage and respond to help desk tickets, escalating complex problems as needed.
• Provide hands-on and remote support for laptops, mobile devices, printers, and video conferencing.
• Own device lifecycle: procurement, imaging, deployment, inventory, retirement.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access provisioning.
• Assist with rollout of software updates and user training.
• Help enforce IT policies and security best practices.
• Document processes and build knowledge base articles.
