Job summary

Clifford Power Systems is seeking an IT Support Specialist in Tulsa, OK to provide hands-on technical support for employees and maintain secure technology across the company. Responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues, configuring workstations, and supporting ERP/CRM/Microsoft 365 and SQL-based systems.

You will work with the IT Director and vendors on server/network maintenance, user onboarding, and technology improvements, ensuring strong troubleshooting

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Configure, deploy, and maintain Windows computers and related hardware/software.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues; document resolutions.
• Manage user accounts, security groups, and access permissions in directory services and Microsoft 365.
