Job summary

Clifford Power Systems Inc. is seeking an IT Support Specialist to maintain and secure our tech landscape across all departments.

You will troubleshoot hardware, software, network and security issues, deploy Windows systems, manage Microsoft 365, and support ERP/CRM and SQL-based applications, working with the IT Director and vendors. You'll handle both physical and virtual workstations, assist with onboarding and access control, document solutions, and seek pragmatic improvements to keep users

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in IT with hands-on help desk experience.
• Proven ability to diagnose and resolve hardware, software and network issues.
• Familiarity with Windows OS, Microsoft 365, ERP/CRM and SQL-based systems.
• Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues and document resolutions.
• Manage Windows devices, Microsoft 365, ERP/CRM and SQL-based apps.
• Support server/network maintenance, VPN access, and endpoint security.
• Onboard/offboard users, manage access, and maintain technical documentation.
