Job summary

Hilo Products, Inc. is seeking an IT Specialist to maintain the company’s technology systems and provide reliable support to employees.

You will ensure operation, security, and performance of hardware, software, networks, printers, and other IT systems that enable daily business operations. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience) and strong troubleshooting, communication, and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of IT support or related experience.
• Knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking, printers, and basic cybersecurity.
• Relevant IT certifications preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshoot hardware, software, network, printer, and other IT-related issues.
• Install, configure, maintain, and repair computers, software, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Monitor and maintain network connectivity, system performance, software updates, and routine data backups.
• Maintain accurate records of IT assets, equipment assignments, repairs, maintenance, and software licenses.
