Job summary

Newberry Technologies is seeking an IT Systems & Support Analyst for a full-time, on-site role based in Kihei, HI. You will deliver day-to-day technical support to end users, addressing hardware, software, and network issues through in-person and remote assistance.

You will monitor systems, perform routine checks, document incidents and resolutions, and escalate complex problems as needed while working with IT teammates and client stakeholders to ensure reliable services.

Qualifications

• Experience with Windows desktops and mobile devices is beneficial.
• Clear communication with clients, teammates, and stakeholders is essential.
• Familiarity with networking basics (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) helps.
• MSP environments and ticketing workflows are a plus.
