Job summary

HCLTech in Columbia, SC is seeking a CMS Analyst to support the Computer Maintenance Services team. You will assist personnel with installation, configuration, and ongoing usability of system hardware and software.

The role provides daily operations support, verifies hardware/software functionality, and troubleshoots issues in person, remotely, and by phone. You will help employees with computer problems and answer questions.

Responsibilities

• Work with CPU, RAM, BIOS, motherboards, power supplies, and other PC components.
• Install, configure, and maintain hard drives.

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law.
