Qualifications

• 6 years IT customer support experience in a Windows Active Directory environment.
• 6 years IT operations experience including AD, network, servers, and hardware.
• Minimum 2 years IT customer support experience.
• Proficiency with SCCM deployments.
• Experience with enterprise management tools (e.g., SolarWinds, SCCM, Splunk).

Responsibilities

• Provide 24/7 remote or on-site Tier 2 technical helpdesk support.
• Monitor and manage critical IT infrastructure in a NOC environment.
• Install system patches, backups, and perform upgrades per policy.
