Job summary

MNGI Digestive Health is seeking an IT Help Desk Specialist to provide hands-on desktop support, software/hardware installs, and remote location configurations. You will document solutions, manage AD accounts, and support VDI environments while ensuring security and data integrity.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field or 3+ years of experience, plus certifications such as Cisco/CompTIA/Microsoft are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field and/or 3+ years of equivalent work experience.
• Current associate level certification by Cisco, CompTIA, or Microsoft preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and Windows operating systems.
• Experience with Active Directory user and group management and password resets.

Responsibilities

• Install and upgrade software and hardware, and configure systems at remote locations.
• Document help desk actions and resolutions for audit and knowledge sharing.
• Prioritize and escalate issues to appropriate resources as needed.
• Maintain end-user devices, AD accounts, and VDI environments.
• Manage security solutions, including anti-virus and encryption.
• Prepare documentation and manuals for areas of responsibility.
