Qualifications

• Associate's degree in computer science or related field.
• 3 years of IT support experience in maintenance, troubleshooting and repair.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement network and user support.
• Troubleshoot and repair computers, networks, and peripherals.
• Lead technical efforts in maintenance and upgrades.
• Manage hardware and system installations.
• Coordinate VMware infrastructure with vendors.
• Inspect contractor work quality and compliance.
• Develop and deliver user training.
• Maintain system documentation and asset records.
• Perform data backup and recovery.
• Support mobile data, Wi-Fi, networking, and telephony.
