Job summary

Haslam Sports Group is seeking an IT Support Services Technician to build the tech foundation for the NWSL team's first season. You will be the first contact for technology, deploying devices, accounts, and network services for staff, coaches, and players, and delivering hands-on support during inaugural activities.

You will work with HSG IT, Crew, and Browns teams to align standards, plus support events that may occur on evenings or weekends.

Qualifications

• Associate's or bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 1–3+ years of hands-on IT support or helpdesk experience (3+ preferred).
• Strong troubleshooting across Windows, macOS, iOS and Android.
• Working knowledge of AD, M365 and networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VLANs, Wi‑Fi).
• PowerShell scripting and experience with Intune, Entra ID, or Okta is a plus.
• Able to work home matches and events.

Responsibilities

• Help deploy end-user hardware, printers, conference room AV, and network for the new NWSL facility.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors during facility buildout, documenting standards.
• Serve as the first point of contact for technology support in person, by phone, and via tickets.
• Provide first- and second-level support for Windows and Mac laptops, mobile devices, software, and peripherals.
• Own onboarding and offboarding, including account creation, device provisioning, and access removal.
• Manage users and groups in Active Directory, Entra ID, and Okta.
• Enroll, configure, and secure devices in Intune, Iru, and Apple Business Manager.
• Set up and troubleshoot meeting rooms and collaboration tech.
• Write PowerShell scripts to automate tasks and reporting.
• Support setup, breakdown, and on-site technology for team events, including some nights and weekends.
• Build and maintain knowledge base, user guides, and runbooks.
• Identify recurring issues and recommend improved tools and processes.
