Job description

Description

The IT Support Services Technician plays a key role in building the technology foundation for the NWSL's 18th team. As the first point of contact for technology support, this position is responsible for standing up the systems, devices, and processes the club runs on, and for delivering day-to-day support to staff, coaches, and players ahead of and during the inaugural season. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys solving problems hands-on, and wants to shape how a pro sports organization uses technology rather than inherit it. This position sits on the Haslam Sports Group IT team, works alongside the teams supporting the Columbus Crew and Cleveland Browns, and reports directly to the Director of Technology Support Services.

  • Support setup, breakdown, and on-site technology for team events, including some nights and weekends
