Miami Dolphins and Hard Rock Stadium is seeking an IT Support Technician to provide first-line and desktop-level technical support for Windows and macOS environments. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in IT Help Desk/Desktop Support.
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments.
• Knowledge of Windows 10/11 Desktop support and macOS/iOS environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely, professional first-line support to Hard Rock Stadium employees.
• Troubleshoot error messages, apply patches/upgrades, and support Windows and Mac clients.
• Install, configure and maintain laptops, desktops, and printers; perform hands-on fixes.
• Manage user accounts, Active Directory, and password issues.
• Assist users with Microsoft 365 apps (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Support technology for major events (Miami Open, Formula 1 Miami Grand Prix, concerts).
• Provide remote and onsite support as needed; build strong user relationships.
• Ensure devices are secured/configured before issuing to users; weekend/holiday support if required.
