London Jewelers is seeking an IT Systems, Network & Field Service Technician to manage and support the technology across our stores and corporate offices. The role focuses on systems administration, network administration, telecommunications, infrastructure support, and technology operations, with hand‑on store support when needed.

Travel between Long Island, New York City, and New Jersey is required, with occasional out‑of‑state trips and after‑hours availability.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience administering Windows-based environments.
• Knowledge of systems, network, and telecommunications support.
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware, printers, and networking equipment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to explain issues clearly.

Responsibilities

• Administer, monitor, and maintain Windows servers and workstations.
• Support Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and file/print services.
• Configure network equipment and VPN connections; troubleshoot connectivity.
• Provide field and end-user support at stores and offices.
• Travel between locations and assist with store openings and upgrades.
