London Jewelers, a premier family-owned luxury retailer with locations across Long Island and New York, seeks an IT Systems, Network & Field Service Technician to manage and support its technology infrastructure. You will administer Windows servers, manage Active Directory, network devices, and telecommunications, and provide hands-on store and office support including after-hours and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience administering and supporting Windows-based computer environments.
• Experience with systems, network, and telecommunications support.
• Ability to install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot hardware and networking equipment.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and spoken communication; able to explain issues clearly.
• Willingness to travel between locations and work after hours when needed.

Responsibilities

• Administer, monitor, and maintain Windows servers and workstations.
• Support AD, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, file/print services.
• Configure PCs, printers, POS hardware, mobile devices.
• Manage onboarding/offboarding and asset inventory.
• Travel to London Jewelers stores and corporate offices for onsite support.
• Provide remote and on-site end-user support and issue resolution.
