Job summary

Jabil is seeking an IT Support Technician in New York to provide end-user support for PCs, servers, hardware, and software. You will interact with suppliers, monitor assets, verify backups, and maintain network services while ensuring ISS security policies are followed.

Responsibilities include on-call support, hardware provisioning, ghost imaging, MES/SAP RF scanner imaging, PBX troubleshooting, and user training. Rotational duties and continuous improvement are expected.

Responsibilities

• Interact with suppliers/service providers to ensure tasks are completed.
• Monitor asset inventory and perform backups verification and daily checklists.
• Administer hardware, network ports, file services and printer services; troubleshoot issues.
• Provide end-user training and on-call technical support.
• Assist in rotational admin duties across network, systems, and databases.
