Ziehler Lawn Care, Inc. seeks an IT & Systems Manager to own technology with hands-on problem solving. You’ll work with leadership to strengthen infrastructure, connect systems and turn ideas into practical improvements.

You’ll audit assets, improve security, develop API connections, build BI dashboards, and manage IT operations, vendors, and budgets to support growth across Ohio regions.

Formación

• 3+ years of IT experience across multiple disciplines.
• Hands-on experience with CRM and field service software.
• Experience developing API integrations and automating workflows.
• Experience building interactive BI dashboards (Power BI or similar).
• Knowledge of cybersecurity and data protection.
• Strong communication and project management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Own IT operations and budget; partner with leadership to set priorities.
• Strengthen foundation by auditing hardware, network and security.
• Develop API integrations and data pipelines to connect systems.
• Build automated reports and BI dashboards for leadership decisions.
