Job summary

Denver Cold Family of Companies is seeking an IT & Systems Manager to oversee the technology function across its network of facilities. Reporting to the CFO, you will manage day-to-day IT support, administer core business systems, and coordinate technology initiatives.

You will drive efficiency through technology, lead projects from planning through implementation, and serve as the primary contact for vendors and software providers. Travel between facilities is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of IT, information systems, or related experience.
• Associate's or bachelor's degree in IT/IS/CS or equivalent experience preferred.
• Experience in logistics, warehousing, or transportation environments preferred.
• Experience supporting Windows environments, Microsoft 365, and end users.
• Strong troubleshooting, project management, organization, prioritization, communication, and customer service skills.
• Familiarity with APIs, EDI, SQL, scripting, Power Automate, Make, Zapier, or similar integration/automation technologies preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day IT support directly and via the managed IT provider.
• Deploy, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot company technology equipment.
• Support employee technology onboarding and offboarding.
• Lead technology and systems projects from planning through implementation.
• Serve as the primary internal point of contact for technology vendors and software providers.
