Job summary

Duluth Trading Company is seeking an IT Manager - Enterprise Systems to lead the integration, development, and support of ERP, Toolio, Centric and related systems for Finance, Merchandising and Product Development.

You will partner with IT and business leaders to translate requirements into technical roadmaps, manage a team of owners and engineers, and ensure system stability during peak seasons.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field; equivalent work experience considered.
• 7+ years of experience in enterprise IT, retail ERP, and product development domains.
• Experience with ERP, Merchandising, and Product Development systems.
• Experience governance, SLAs, and best practices in an enterprise systems environment.
• Experience delivering API-first services and cloud-based architectures.
• Experience with Agile processes and tooling.
• Ability to lead through peak season with system stability.
• Hands-on in design, development, and implementation in retail IT.
• Experience with ERP implementations (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Dynamics 365).
• EDI, API integrations, middleware connecting ERP to e-commerce platforms, OMS/POS.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to design/roadmap and implementation of applications and infrastructure.
• Lead a team of product owners, analysts and engineers across data integration and analytics.
• Partner with IT leaders to advance IT maturity and best practice adoption.
• Define epics and user stories for the product backlog.
• Support roadmaps for Finance, Merchandising, and Product Development portfolios.
• Provide recommendations on platform choices, build/buy, and integration.
• Mentor the team and align technology roadmap with business capabilities.
• Position technology as a strategic asset and drive innovation.
