Job summary

Cleveland Clinic is seeking a Technical Specialist I to implement and maintain the enterprise's central computer center systems, databases, network software, and hardware.

You will ensure availability of resources to support medical, education, and business applications, and support backend infrastructure for laboratory systems and storage, while performing upgrades and patches. Remote work is available with on-call rotation.

Qualifications

• Two years related central data processing experience.
• Experience with advanced systems programming processes and system design.
• Knowledge of applications programming and design, communications concepts and database administration and strategies.
• Infrastructure-Server experience.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain the Enterprise’s central computer center systems, databases, network software, and hardware.
• Ensure the availability of system, database, and network resources to support medical, education, and business application systems.
• Support the backend infrastructure for Laboratory systems, enterprise-class storage, and end-user caregivers while resolving vulnerabilities and performing application upgrades.
• Support patching and automation using Tanium and maintain online service level agreements to ensure productivity and reliable system performance.
