Job summary

Cleveland Clinic’s Main Campus seeks a Clinical Systems Analyst I to support the implementation of health care information systems. You will help develop and test application functionality, join project teams, and work with clinical departments to complete system implementations.

The role offers a hybrid schedule (8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.) with one day on-site weekly. Candidates must reside in Northeast Ohio and hold a Bachelor's Degree, with hospital IT experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; 1 year hospital or major medical center clinical experience or 1 year supporting a major clinical information system; in-depth clinical theory knowledge; license in related field may be required; familiarity with health care regulatory agencies; strong communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in implementation of health care information systems.
• Develop and test application functionality and collaborate with clinical departments to complete system implementations.
• Assist with training programs related to automated systems.
• Coordinate education and end-user training programs to ensure systems are used as designed.
• Provide reporting, analytics support for pharmacy operations and programs.
• Extract and analyze large datasets to support operational decision-making.
• Conduct audits and support regulatory compliance.
