Job summary

DHD Consulting in New York is seeking a capable IT support professional responsible for managing the IT Helpdesk and troubleshooting issues.

The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of IT experience, possess strong communication skills, and be bilingual in Korean and English. The position offers an opportunity to work closely with end users and develop key relationships within the company.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in an IT role.
• 2+ years experience managing projects and people.
• Experience in POS is a plus.
• Experience in SAP, EDI and Network is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT support to end users.
• Respond to IT requests and inquiries in a timely manner.
• Monitor and ensure proper functioning of IT systems/applications.
• Set up and test the SAP-ECP system.
• Train new hires on how to use internal company systems.

At least two years of experience in Network/TCP IP/Windows/Mac

Bilingual (Korean-English)

Education
