Job summary

TEKsystems in Kearney, NE is seeking an onsite IT support professional for a contract-to-hire role. Responsibilities include designing solutions with sales and engineering, diagnosing and resolving complex end-user and client/server issues, and maintaining Windows Server, cloud, and network environments.

Experience in Service Desk & IT infrastructure support in an SMB environment.

Responsibilities

Participate in the design of solutions with sales and engineering teams.
Identify, diagnose, and resolve 2nd/3rd level issues for end-users: workstations, software/hardware, network and VPN.
Identify, diagnose, and resolve 2nd/3rd level issues for client/server environments and escalation.
Set up and maintain Windows Server environments.
Set up and maintain client cloud environments (Azure/AWS).
Set up and maintain client network environments.
Create and maintain client documentation.
Advocate for customer needs and manage expectations.
Participate in an on-call rotation.
