Job summary

TEKsystems in Erie, PA is seeking an IT Support Technician for a contract role. You will troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues across Windows, macOS, Linux, VDIs, and tablet platforms; provide Active Directory and Group Policy support; and assist with server, networking, phone systems, and VPN access.

You’ll help maintain standard and custom system images and document solutions. This onsite position offers exposure to enterprise technologies, collaboration with experienced IT

Qualifications

Windows and macOS desktop support.
Active Directory and account management.
Office 365 and G-Suite support.
Network and hardware troubleshooting.
VPN and access support.
Deployment, configuration, and maintenance of end-user devices.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues
Support Windows 10/11, macOS, Linux, VDIs, and tablet platforms
Provide Active Directory and Group Policy support
Troubleshoot and support mobile solutions
Maintain and support standard and custom system images
Assist with server, networking, phone systems, and VPN access
Document solutions and help improve IT processes and standards
