Contract Duration:

11 Months

Required Skills & Experience

• High School Graduate/GED
• 5 years of experience implementing and maintaining technology infrastructure or equivalent education and experience
• Knowledge of Cloud-based applications, preferably Azure, virtualization, and containerization
• Knowledge of Networking (OSI layers, TCP/IP)
• Excellent communication skills, including presentation skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to create comprehensive and accurate reports
• Ability to work in a team environment and meet performance standards

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

Responsibilities

• Assist in installing and maintaining IT systems, applications, and management tools, including monitoring cloud and network infrastructure
• Provide network verification and security, and track system alerts
• Monitor and maintain operating systems and infrastructure
• Support security, backup, and redundancy strategies
• Maintain custom scripts for efficiency
• Support remote access solutions like VPN, Terminal Services, Citrix, Hyper-V
• Develop and maintain IT documentation
• Perform other related duties and support quality programs
• Travel as required
