The IT Rental Operations Products team develops and supports products for rental ticketing capabilities. Responsibilities include implementing enhancements, monitoring product health, capacity planning, resolving issues, and evolving services aligned with our API-first strategy. Collaborate with teams like Greenlight, Frictionless, kiosks, mobile apps, and websites to ensure a consistent customer experience. This is an exciting time as we expand our solutions and support business growth.

The Engineer 3, Systems ensures high availability, performance, efficiency, change management, monitoring, emergency response, and capacity planning for High Availability Rental Systems, which include Cloud, Web Services, and Legacy solutions. The role bridges development and operations, applying software engineering principles to infrastructure and support.

As an Engineer 3, Systems, you will monitor system health, resolve production issues, support maintenance activities, and develop expertise in the rental ecosystem. You will evaluate technology effectiveness, research improvements, and recommend solutions to enhance reliability and performance.
