Goodman Masson is working with a leader in the tech space, who is looking for an IT Systems Engineer to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a mission-driven company that leverages technology to transform healthcare delivery.

The Role:

As an IT Systems Engineer, you will play a key role in optimizing IT infrastructure, automating workflows, and driving efficiency across multiple teams. You’ll collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to design and implement solutions that support business objectives and scalability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Automate IT processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and access management
• Design, build, and maintain IT infrastructure and enterprise systems
• Develop integrations between SaaS platforms to streamline business operations
• Implement and manage SSO via SAML, SCIM, and automated application deployments
• Build out automations using Workato or Okta Advanced Workflows
• Troubleshoot issues across Mac OS, Windows, iOS, and various SaaS tools
• Deploy and support enterprise applications, including Google Workspace, Zoom, and Okta

Key Requirements:

• 3+ years’ experience in IT support, SaaS platform administration, or business systems engineering
• Strong experience with APIs and scripting (Python, Shell, Ruby, etc.)
• Hands-on experience with Okta, Workato (or similar iPaaS), and Google Workspace
• Expertise in Mac OS, Windows, MDM solutions (Jamf, Intune, Google MDM)
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, automation, and DevOps best practices
