Job summary

Responsibilities cover server/workstation administration, O365, licenses, inventory, and security maintenance. Collaboration with IT team and business users is required.

Qualifications

• Associate or BS in Computer Science, or 3-5 years' related experience.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Extensive knowledge of operating systems, hardware and software troubleshooting.
• Experience with O365 administration and IT support processes.

Responsibilities

• Administer servers, workstations, printers, desk phones, smartphones, software deployment, security updates, wireless networks, switches, and patching.
• O365 Administration.
• Set up and maintain user accounts, permissions, access rights and software licenses/subscriptions.
• Maintain accurate inventory and asset listing of IT Equipment.
• Assist with and document network software, hardware, and system security maintenance.
• Learn new technologies to research, recommend, schedule, and perform upgrades.
