Job summary

VC3, located in Atlanta, GA, seeks an IT Systems Engineer I to support our client base across the United States. You will resolve complex technical issues, manage escalated service requests, and support core business technologies while aligning with our VC3 Way.

Ideal candidates bring experience with AD/GP, Microsoft 365, networking basics, and virtualization. The role includes on-call rotation and occasional on-site work.

Qualifications

• Active Directory and Group Policy Management
• Microsoft 365 / Entra ID administration
• DNS / DHCP / TCP/IP networking
• VPN/RDS/Citrix support
• Hyper-V and VMware virtualization

Responsibilities

• Resolve escalated technical issues and incidents for clients
• Manage on-call rotation and document troubleshooting steps
• Troubleshoot LOB apps, Microsoft Office, browsers and printers
• Maintain timesheets and accurate client notes
• Occasional on-site support as required
