Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant technical experience or 1 year as VC3 Service Technician I/II.
• 2+ years experience managing Windows Services, Microsoft/Office 365, Active Directory, GPOs, virus/security, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, Hyper-V and VMware.
• CompTIA Network+/A+ or Microsoft 365/Azure certifications are highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Respond to escalated service requests, incidents, and change requests promptly.
• Troubleshoot LOB apps, Microsoft Office, browsers, networking, VPN/RDS/Citrix, wireless, printers.
