Job summary

VC3, Inc. is seeking an IT Systems Engineer I to join our remote-first Service Delivery team in the USA. You’ll resolve complex technical issues, manage escalated requests, and support core business technologies to drive client success.

The role emphasizes Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and networking proficiency, with on-call rotation and a path for growth within VC3. A strong customer-service mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years relevant technical experience OR 1 year experience in Service Technician I or II at VC3
• Experience managing Windows services, AD, DNS, DHCP, Hyper-V/VMware
• Certifications such as CompTIA Network+ or Microsoft 365/Azure desirable

Responsibilities

• Receive and respond to escalated service requests, incidents and change requests promptly
• Troubleshoot across LOB apps, Microsoft 365, browsers, networking (DNS, DHCP, ISP), VPN/RDS/Citrix, wireless, printers
• Perform admin tasks: virus/malware removal, phishing remediation, VM adjustments, password resets
• Expertise in Active Directory and Group Policy Management
• Strong background with Microsoft 365 Partner Center/Entra ID
• Identify recurring issues and open problem tickets
• Recommend improvements to hardware/software for security posture
• Maintain accurate timesheets and troubleshooting notes
• Participate in on-call rotation (1 week every 3-4 months)
