Job summary

Caddell Construction is seeking an IT Associate System Engineer located in Woodstock, GA. The position involves being the primary administrator for the Helpdesk System, providing technical support to users, and managing IT inventory. Qualifications

• Minimum Associates degree or 2 years of IT experience troubleshooting hardware/software.
• Experience in Information Systems Management, Windows 10 and 11, Microsoft Office, Windows Server, and Active Directory required.
• Preferred qualifications include Network Plus and Solar Winds experience.

Responsibilities

• Primary Administrator for Helpdesk System and Ticket management.
• Technical support for desktop users and hardware/software.
• Manage IT inventory and software license management.
• Research and recommend technology improvements.
