Caddell Construction is seeking an IT Associate System Engineer located in Woodstock, GA. The position involves being the primary administrator for the Helpdesk System, providing technical support to users, and managing IT inventory. A focus on customer service and strong analytical skills is essential.
The ideal candidate should have at least an associate's degree or two years of IT experience and be proficient in Microsoft Office and Windows systems. The role may require some travel to project sites and adherence to a strong work ethic.
Location - Woodstock, GA

Full time, office setting. 15-20% travel to project sites. Occasional after‑hours coverage may be required for technical support. Ability to lift 50 or more pounds, crawling, kneeling, and crouching. Work near other people, but have a few feet of space separating self from others.
Reports directly to the IT Manager.

Minimum Associates degree or 2 years of IT experience troubleshooting hardware / software. Experience in Information Systems Management, Windows 10 and 11, Microsoft Office, Windows Server, and Active Directory. Preferred Network Plus, Solar Winds monitoring system and Web Helpdesk experience.
While the salary range is typically between $43,650 - $58,200 annually, applicants are encouraged to share compensation expectations as part of the application process. Caddell honors prior experience, education, and qualifications of applicants in order to make attractive and competitive offers.
