Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- 4-6 years of experience in information technology, systems administration or related field.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems and products including Windows, Windows Server, Office 365 and SharePoint.
Responsibilities
- Carry out moderately complex IT tasks across multiple disciplines (application support, DB admin, QA/QA, systems engineering).
- Monitor and support IT infrastructures; perform backups and data recoveries.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex problems with minimal supervision; implement standards for operations.
- Plan, design and evaluate IT tools; contribute to documentation and user guides.
- Assist in deploying new technologies and integrating them into existing platforms.
