Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience.
• 4–6 years of experience in information technology, systems administration or related field.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems and products: Windows, Windows Server, Office365, SharePoint, Teams.
• Ability to analyze, troubleshoot and resolve complex system problems.
• Strong written and oral communication; ability to translate technical terms for non-technical staff.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure, digital workspace and storage technology.

Responsibilities

• Monitors and supports IT systems and infrastructure.
• Conducts moderately complex analysis including planning, designing, and evaluating IT tools.
• Responds to user requests for system needs and upgrades with minimal supervision.
• Troubleshoots and resolves problems efficiently.
• Implements standards for operations to ensure compatibility of hardware and software.
• Administers and tests operating systems and related software.
• Plans and monitors system backups and data recoveries.
• Performs root cause analysis and monitors production systems.
• Identifies opportunities for process improvements and implements efficiencies.
• Maintains documentation and user guides; assists in planning major platform deployments.
