Job summary

The IT Support Engineer at Crecera Brands will work independently and with management to plan, coordinate, and maintain IT systems including servers, desktops, laptops, applications, and security. Responsibilities cover deployments, hardware configuration, and end-user support across the organization.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 3+ years in desktop/server support, and experience with VMware, SCCM, and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in IT.
• At least three years of desktop hardware and software support.
• Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Vsphere, HorizonView).
• At least three years of Windows Server and Desktop OS and applications experience.
• Experience with Operating System Deployment.
• Experience with Application packaging, maintenance, and deployment.
• Experience with SCCM preferred.
• Cloud infrastructure experience (Azure, AWS, GCP) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and implement IT systems including servers and desktops.
• Deploy and upgrade servers and applications; package applications for deployment.
• Install and configure servers, hardware, and storage. Manage lifecycles and hardware procurement.
• Provide on-call, after-hours support as needed.
• Create strategic roadmaps for server/desktop systems and budgets.
