• 3+ years of systems engineering or systems administration experience.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, and Hyper-V or VMware.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 administration and Azure AD.
• Familiarity with networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPN).
• Microsoft, CompTIA, or equivalent certifications preferred (MCSA, Server+, Azure Administrator).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple client environments.
