Job summary

ALTOR in the United States is seeking a System Administrator to handle day-to-day IT operations, manage the help desk, onboarding/offboarding, endpoint management, and telecom systems. The role ensures devices, accounts, software, and tools are provisioned and supported with strong customer service.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years in IT, strong Microsoft 365 and Intune experience, and familiarity with RMM tools, VoIP systems, and security best practices. On-site work in St.

Qualifications

• Experience administering Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Entra ID).
• Experience with Microsoft Intune or similar endpoint management.
• Experience using RMM tools to manage and support endpoints.
• Knowledge of user lifecycle management (onboarding/offboarding) and asset control.
• Experience with VoIP and business telephone systems preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting across Windows, hardware, software, printers, mobile devices, and cloud apps.
• Knowledge of IT security best practices and endpoint compliance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily IT help desk operations and SLA adherence.
• Serve as primary escalation point for hardware, software, and account access.
• Manage onboarding and offboarding activities.
• Administer Microsoft Intune and endpoint management configurations.
• Maintain Microsoft 365 accounts, licensing, and services.
• Monitor licensing utilization and assist with renewals.
• Develop IT procedures and knowledge base.
• Coordinate with vendors for issues and projects.
• Provide occasional after-hours support.
