Job summary

ComTec Solutions, LLC. is seeking a Managed Services Administrator to monitor, maintain, and automate our managed services stack. You will support on-site teams, liaise with software and cyber security vendors, and push for proactive automation while meeting SLA targets.

The role emphasizes learning, innovation, and teamwork, with focus on Windows Server, Microsoft 365, networking, virtualization, and MSP tooling. On-call rotation and ongoing optimization are required.

Qualifications

• Experience with Windows Server administration and Active Directory.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, and Entra ID.
• Networking knowledge, firewalls, VPNs, and troubleshooting.
• Virtualization and storage (Hyper-V/VMware, Dell/HP hardware).
• Familiarity with PSA and RMM platforms and strong documentation.

Responsibilities

• Monitor managed infrastructures daily and support on-site teams.
• Coordinate with vendors to troubleshoot, repair, and automate.
• Prepare monthly network health analysis and client reporting.
• Improve alerting systems and automate routine tasks.
• Support SLA adherence and participate in on-call rotation.
