Job summary

CIO Technology Solutions is a Tampa-based MSP seeking a Systems Engineer to join our Professional Services team. You will handle escalated technical work and project delivery for multiple clients, working with our senior engineers in a hands-on role.

You will build and support Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, and Azure environments, write PowerShell scripts, and help manage backup and network infrastructure. If you enjoy automating processes after fixing them manually, you will fit in well here.

Qualifications

4+ years of professional IT experience, including 2+ years in an MSP engineering role.
Strong PowerShell skills and script-writing ability.
Production experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, and Azure.
Experience with NinjaOne RMM, Veeam Backup & Replication, and ConnectWise Manage.

Responsibilities

Administer Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Intune across multiple client environments.
Build and support Azure infrastructure, including VMs, networking, and VPNs.
Write PowerShell scripts to automate repetitive tasks.
Manage patching, monitoring, scripting, and automation through NinjaOne RMM.
Deploy, monitor, troubleshoot, and restore Veeam backups.
Configure and troubleshoot firewalls, switches, VLANs, routing, and VPNs.
Work escalated issues and client projects through ConnectWise Manage.
Maintain accurate technical documentation in IT Glue.
Coach Service Desk technicians on complex issues.
Participate in on-call rotation.
