Job summary

CIO Technology Solutions in Tampa, FL is seeking a Systems Engineer to join our Professional Services team on-site. You will handle escalated technical work and project delivery across our client base, working alongside senior engineers.

This hands-on role involves administering M365, Entra ID, Intune, and Azure, plus PowerShell scripting, network configuration, and documentation. You will mentor Service Desk staff and participate in on-call rotations.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional IT experience.
• 2+ years in an MSP engineering role.
• Strong PowerShell skills, ability to write scripts from scratch.
• Production experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, and Azure.
• Experience with NinjaOne RMM, Veeam Backup & Replication, and ConnectWise Manage.

Responsibilities

• Administer Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Intune across multiple client environments.
• Build and support Azure infrastructure, including virtual machines, networking, and site-to-site VPNs.
• Write PowerShell scripts to automate repetitive tasks.
• Manage patching, monitoring, scripting, and automation through NinjaOne RMM.
• Deploy, monitor, troubleshoot, and restore Veeam backups.
• Configure and troubleshoot firewalls, switches, VLANs, routing, and VPNs.
• Work escalated technical issues and client projects through ConnectWise Manage.
