You will respond to escalated help desk requests, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical support and guidance to users.

This role requires a BA in Information Technology or Computer Science with at least 3 years in IT support/infrastructure/security, strong Microsoft server OS, WAN/LAN,

Qualifications

• BA in Information Technology or Computer Science or related field preferred
• 3+ years IT support, infrastructure, or security analyst experience
• Experience administering server-side tech and networked systems
• Strong WAN/LAN knowledge
• Familiarity with HIPAA requirements and data backup/recovery
• Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of multiple operating systems and cloud hosting

Responsibilities

• Maintain, configure, and ensure reliable operation of computer systems
• Troubleshoot outages and system availability for employees
• Install and upgrade hardware/software, manage virtual servers, automate processes
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, networking, and system issues
• Provide documentation and technical specs for planning upgrades
• Lead desktop and helpdesk support with minimal disruption
• Adhere to HIPAA and 42 CFR guidelines for systems deployment
