Job summary
Child & Family Services Inc is seeking an IT Systems Analyst to maintain and secure computer systems, troubleshoot outages, and support users. You will install software, manage servers, and work on on-going IT projects while ensuring HIPAA compliance and data integrity.
The role includes on-call responsibilities, vendor coordination, and documentation to support a reliable IT environment for the organization.
Qualifications
- BA in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred; high school diploma required
- At least 3 years of experience in IT support, infrastructure, or security analyst roles
- Strong understanding of WAN/LAN topologies and system security concepts
- Familiarity with HIPAA requirements and data backup/recovery procedures
Responsibilities
- Maintain and operate computer systems and networks for reliability
- Troubleshoot system outages and respond to help desk escalations
- Install and upgrade software and server components; manage virtualization
- Provide documentation and technical specs for deployments
- Ensure HIPAA compliance and security of IT infrastructure
- Participate in on-call rotation and assist with IT projects
- Coordinate with vendors for product support and maintenance
- Assist in backups, recovery planning, and disaster recovery testing
