Coates Field Service Inc. in Oklahoma City is seeking a Systems Analyst I to support IT operations, provide end-user technical support, and assist with the administration of Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, Intune, Entra ID, Windows Server, and network infrastructure.

This role reports in-office Monday through Friday and involves implementing and maintaining technology systems, documenting solutions, and participating in projects to improve processes while collaborating with the IT team.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, MIS, or related field.
Three or more years of IT support, systems administration, or related experience.

Responsibilities

Support and maintain SharePoint Online sites, libraries, permissions, metadata, views, workflows, and document management solutions.
Assist in evaluating security of company systems, identifying risks, and recommending improvements to cybersecurity posture.
Support implementation and management of AI technologies solutions, including Microsoft 365 Copilot, AI agents, and governance principles.
Assist with Windows Server and basic network administration, responding to support requests and documenting solutions.
Provide end-user technical support in a Microsoft-heavy environment and for third-party cloud applications.
